Q: What can affect my call quality?
A: Downloading things from the internet or using peer to peer programs while calling using ChristTel can slow down the quality of you voice communication , especially if you do not have a boadband connection.Our dialer has been program to handle low band witdh so you might not have much of a problem but as mentioned consider this fact.

Q: Do you offer E911?
A: No, we do not offer this service.

Q: Can I call another person who also uses ChristTel for free?
A: Yes you can.Our sofphone supports pc to pc calls as well as instant messaging.

Q: Can I receive incoming calls?
A: To recieve incoming call you will need to be provided with a DID number(Virtual number) and we do not provide this at the moment.Any how if you are very much interested please contact us.

Q: Do you provide any Fax Services?
A: No we do not provide fax services
